While many counseling models focus on behavior or emotion alone, we believe lasting change begins with our trust in God. Our goal is to help you apply God’s truth to life’s struggles in a caring and practical way.
Our counseling does not take the place of pastoral care. Everyone needs a home church and a pastor for spiritual accountability. We complement, not replace, your local church.
No, we welcome anyone who desires hope and direction. You don’t need to be a Christian or know much about the Bible. We simply ask for openness to hearing a Christian perspective of life, pain, and healing.
Each session is a safe and confidential conversation where you can openly share what you’re facing. We’ll listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to seek clarity, healing, and direction for your situation.
Most sessions last either 30 or 55 minutes. We usually recommend meeting weekly at first and then adjusting the frequency as needed.
Each person’s journey is unique. Some find clarity in just a few meetings, while others walk with us for several months or continue longer for ongoing support.
Yes, we offer both. Many clients enjoy the convenience of secure online sessions, while others prefer meeting face to face. You can choose what works best for you.
Yes, we feel strongly about protecting confidentiality. Everything you share is private and handled with care. We won’t share anything without your permission. We would only break confidentiality in rare situations when someone is in danger or when legally required to do so.
We help people walk through anxiety, fear, anger, grief, marriage struggles, addiction, parenting challenges, and more.
Yes. We help couples build stronger communication, understanding, and Christ-centered relationships—whether preparing for marriage or restoring one.
Yes. While we don’t diagnose or prescribe medication, we come alongside you with care, compassion, and practical steps that bring rest, perspective, and renewed hope.
Yes, we offer counseling for teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, fears, and technology addiction.
We believe everyone should have access to Christian counseling, regardless of finances. Our goal is to offer care freely and give others the chance to give, so this work can continue serving those in need.
